Soshable AI is a communication and automation platform that unifies messages from multiple social media channels into a single inbox. The platform includes a 24/7 AI agent trained on each client’s brand to help automate responses, support customer engagement, and streamline communication.

By accessing or using Soshable AI (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service does not target minors under 18. However, minors may use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts & Access

• Users may create an account to access the platform.

• Account sharing is not permitted.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

• Blue Edge Solutions LLC may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Misuse of the platform

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Non-payment

4. Subscription Terms

• Soshable AI operates on a monthly subscription model.

• New users may access a 14-day free trial.

• After the trial, billing occurs automatically unless canceled.

• No refunds are provided, including for partial months or unused time.

5. Use of AI

Soshable AI uses AI systems to generate automated content, messages, and responses.
Users acknowledge that:

• AI-generated output may not always be accurate.

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the content before use.

• You retain responsibility for any legal, compliance, or reputational outcomes of content sent through the platform.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Illegal or harmful activity

• Spamming or unsolicited messages

• Abuse or misuse of messaging/automation systems

Blue Edge Solutions LLC may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these restrictions.

7. Third-Party Services

Soshable AI integrates with third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

• HighLevel

• Stripe

• Google Analytics

• AI engine providers

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including:

• No guarantee of uptime

• No promise of uninterrupted access

• No warranty on accuracy of AI-generated content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Edge Solutions LLC is not liable for:

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Data loss or corruption

• Business interruption

• Errors arising from third-party services or AI-generated content

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of Soshable AI is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes:

• What data we collect

• How data is used

• How data is shared

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms
